Events beyond Backsound’s control, which cannot reasonably be foreseen, are considered force majeure,
which means that Backsound is released from its obligations to comply with contractual agreements.
Examples of such events include government acts or omissions, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery by suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
